Budget 51-70k PC for pictures, video and audio editing

Need a config for a friend who is a photographer. He is setting up a studio and requires a desktop for editing audio, video and pictures. Need suggestions asap as we have to purchase it by this week.

You may change to Skylake processor, suitable motherboard and DDR4 RAM. This would cost you roughly 2500 more. Apart from this get a 250/256GB SSD. Total would be around 70k with this changes. With remaining 10-15k, choose best possible GFX card for his work. I am not very sure if Quadro would come in to picture here. If not GTX970 is perfect pick.
 
Just one question, are you a professional? In sound editing? Or just normal cut-copy-paste? Do you already have good speakers?
