guys this is the list of games i m myself lookin forward to play this FISCAL year 
(2008)
which are scheduled TO BE RELEASED before DEC-31st 2008
there are many other games to be released but i listed only those few which really have potential to go BIG !
1: Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures (action/RPG)
2: Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Colonies Edition (Action based)
3: Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness (DEMO is superb)
4: Mass Effect (need i say more ?)
5: GRID ( let the cars vroooooooo------------m)
6: The Incredible Hulk (for movie buffs)
7: Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures (i like lego series)
8: Alone in the Dark (holds ur A$$`s tight)
9: Samurai Warriors 2 (hope this is good.. i need arcade fighting)
10: WALL-E (animated FUN)
11: Burnout Paradise (who aint waitin for this ? )
12: Hei$t (GTA rip-off (not totally... hope its good )
13: Bionic Commando Rearmed ( looks good currently )
14: Devil May Cry 4 ( wana play this with my Xbox 360 controller )
15: Battlefield Heroes ( free TF2 )
16: S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky (prequel to STALKER)
17: Brothers In Arms Hell's Highway (3rd in the series)
18: Tiberium (first person view of the CnC wars)
19: Mercenaries 2: World in Flames (EA games.... looks good)
20: Lego Batman
21: Spore (like raisin a child from the SPERM)
22: Pure (wanna ride the dirt bike ?)
23: Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. (Tom @ airways)
24: Project Origin (sequel to FEAR)
25: Velvet Assassin (WWII based HITMAN type game *looks good*)
26: Sacred 2: Fallen Angel
27: Spider-Man: Web of Shadows (brilliant graphics)
28: Fallout 3 (This game is gona be Gr8.. action/RPG)
29: Far Cry 2 ( cant wait..... crysis made me graphic hungry n u are here to satisfy )
30: Left 4 Dead ( dun worry i am waitin )
31: Prince of Persia (working title *name not decided*)
32: Tom Clancy's EndWar ( strategy )
33: Postal III (FPS/adventure/action/thriller)
34: Prototype (new way to do GTA)
35: RED alert (new way to fight it out for the tiberium)
36: Rise of the Agronauts
37: Mafia 2 (no correct ETA yet)
38: Just Cause 2 ( GTA rip-off )
39: Space Seige
40: Splintercell: Conviction (waitin for it yeh ! )
41: Alan Wake ( saw the first trailer in 2005... and its still under production)
42: Mirrors Edge (sometime by the end of 2008)
