Graphic Cards Pc is Shutting Down While Playing Games

My Computer is shutting down after playing any game like ut2004 or fifa or sims2 etc. Does ne1 have ne idea why this happes and what shud I do to prevent it

I have done no overclocking and my graphics driver version is forceware 76.44
What shud I do

Any Help or Suggestion Highly Appreciated

what PSU do you have? tell us what temps and volts u get....

Yes it definately is a PSU or heating problem. Use ASUS Probe (on your mobo CD ) and check your temps...
