CPU/Mobo PC temperature normal or not

Motherboard - 55 deg celsius
CPU - 56 deg celsius
GPU - 51 At idle and max 70(during crsyis)

Are the temperatures normal

sukant different cpu has different temperature limits , dont get scared , list all your parts out and let the gurus help you out

other thing also , whats your room temperature? and what software you are using to read these temperatures?

Yea srry forgot to give the sys specs ,

CPU -:Amd Phenom II x4 965

Mobo:-Gigabyte 785GMT-USB3H

GPU:- SAPPHIRE RADEON 5770 (normal edition not the vaporx one)

RAM:- 2 GB CORSAIR 1333 Mhz ddr3

PSU:- Cooler Master extreme plus 600 watts

I tried using the energy saver sw given with the mobo now its arnd 47 degrees

Room temp will be arnd 28 degrees ,

I have just 1 system fan if i install 2 more by how mch degrees will the temp be lowered
