Pc time keeps changing

HI friends i am facing a problem of time change in my desktop pc.when i switch on the pc it goes directly to a black screen, there is information about my config in the end it says press F1 to enter into a setup then it goes to BIOS mode. in BOIS mode clock timing goes back to 5 years. i changed it . but after another start it again goes back to same F1 problem . what is the solution for this..

open your chassisg, check your motherboard, you will see a small button like battery. This is known as cmos battery. Your problem might be due to this battery. Change this and see if your problem gets solved.

Use chameleon clock as a workaround.
