I got a local deal for Asus Rtx 3070 [NonTi] for 50k. Used for 4 months. Should I go forward with the deal?

yup if the 3070 is good for 50k if with full warranty go for it....otherwise no...online u can get 3070 at 57k
other parts go for 12400f + b660 mobo + 2*8gb ddr4 3600mhz ram + 650w/750w gold rated psu

for mobo there are many but starting prices on vedant

MSI Pro b660m-E for 9400rs its a matx mobo this is starting price

if you want ATX go for Asus prime b660 plus or MSI b660 pro -a both are around 14k both have good reviews

MSI Mortar and Asus tuf gaming, Gigabyte aorus are priced above 16k these are kinda high end models on b660 mobo

wifi models will cost you 2000rs extra

vedantcomputers, mdcomputers online prices are competitive nearby offline market pricing. make sure u search on their sites for other parts like cabinets, cpu coolers etc.

if you are going to get RTX 3070 try to upgrade your monitor to 1440p 144hz category good ones start above 26k.

3070 for 1080p is an overkill. But I'm assuming you'll be upgrading your monitor next year, so you'll move to 1440p or even 4k gaming. In which case 3070 would be a good choice.

For your budget, 12400F is a good choice. For motherboard, you can look at Gigabyte B660M DS3H AX as one of the options.

Make sure you get a good case with decent airflow. Get at least 3 fans, 2 front and one rear. One top would also be nice. Unfortunately I don't have any recommendations there for cabinets.
