CPU/Mobo pc upgrade plz help me

well i am intrested in upgrading my pc from mobo and cpu level but the million dollar question that is confusing me is whether to go with Intel or Amd both processors dual core 2-2.6 ghz and respective mobo with ati or nvidia graphic cards.plz guide me to select the proper choice.my area of intrest is in 3d apps and latest games.the overall budget for cpu and mobo is 9k-10k.http://www.techenclave.com/forums/images/smilies/Invision18.gif

well i was thinking of AMD 4400+ AM2 cpu and gigabyte m61pm mobo that costs me total around 7.5K how about this reply

hey with onboard graphics, latest game - don even think abt them in you nightmares. ...

Mobo : Biostar TP35D2 A7 ~4.6k
Pro : E2140 ~ 2.6k
8500GT ~ 3.3k
toaal ~10.5 k

Mobo and graphics are are needed. Don think u can play latest games ... Put some more cash and get atleast 8600GT(5.5k) to play all the games

Overclock ur CPU to get more juice out of it and the mobo is great for overclocking at such low prices.
