They are great for a config but you will not get any warranty in India if you buy from US.

I would suggest these:
Intel Core i5 4590,
Asrock H97-Pro3,
Sapphire R9 280x Dual-x 3GB,
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz,
WD Caviar Blue 1TB,
Corsair CX600,
Corsair 300R,
CM Devastator Gaming Bundle,
Dell S2240L LED IPS,
APC 1100VA UPS.
The above config will last at least 2-3 years running games in ultra settings.

I would suggest you to go for a cheapest gtx 970 4GB available, which will give you a huge performance boost over a 760 4 GB and it is future proof for 2 more years.
