PC - Xbox360 - Lan Requirement

Folks,

I have a BSNL modem/router (Huawei - WA1003A), which has only one RJ-45 port.

I need two RJ-45 ports so I can connect both my PC & Xbox360 to the same internet connection, so that I can stream my videos from PC to TV via the X360.

My Q: I need an inexpensive network device - do I need a Hub or a Switch, something within Rs. 350/-? Will cheap ones do the job?

Could I use this one for my requirment?

I don't think that thing will work .. you can prolly get a small hub or a wi-fi router (I know expensive but useful if you have wireless devices ) .

yes, your modem acts as a router in itself right? i.e you don thave to dial using some sort of dialer through ur pc to connect to the internet?
 
Just use a cheap shit hub. It will will do your job. Best part is no config required at all. Your Modem/Router will think it has been connected to 2 devices and will assign them IP addresses and stuff.
