Mention the exact dimensions of the slot covers as I don't think different brands cabinet slot covers will fit or even many cabinet models slot covers from CM will fit.
 
you may easily get it 3d printed - just one of them found on Thingiverse- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4574195

Abd robu.in or other online services will provide decent 3d printing experience.
i believe the whole point of a pcie slot cover is to minimize EMI (effectively make your case a faraday cage). If the motive is only to have an aesthetically pleasing back view of your computer, i suppose a 3d printed set would do fine though.

I didn't know that; in all my understanding these covers meant to have reduced dust flow and aid in airflow management - apart from aesthetics part mentioned.
