PDA/mobile suggestion for web access

I am planning to upgrade my old w550 now. My requirements majorly are that phone should have a full keyboard, full java support and a proper browser. I want to be able to open webpages properly ( including those with java applets ) . There are a few SSH clients for java phones, it would be great if the phone has some ssh client ( windows mobile ?) . Does anybody here uses SSH from mobile ? I will buy some EDGE plans for internet access as 4G is not really affordable these days but if phone has 4G its a + for me. Please suggest cheapest phone that can fulfil these requirements ( no budget restraint but cheaper the better since this will be used only for a year ) :) .

4G???
I thought Motorola had announced that it would start testing 4G after 2011. It seems Mumbai is a generation ahead when compared to other cities in India.

If you want a Windows Mobile phone with full keyboard, the HTC Touch Pro 2 and Sony Ericsson Xperia are your best choice. Just install Skyfire or Opera Mobile or Fennec after buying the phone.

I dont know if Symbian S60 has any SSH client or not but if you want to buy a S60 based phone then the Nokia E63, E71, E75 or 5730XM can be considered.
