Zero Cool, You know I never forced people to buy a perfume. If you have a problem with it, I think i have clearly mentioned on the thread that you can exchange or go for a refund.
If you are unhappy with it then change it. There are people who are happy with it.

And there was a similar problem on GO1 where someone had approached buyers and asked them about perfume sales. If i knew how to solve that problem it would not be happening again in the first place that's the courier guys issue. Now this thing has happened, when i spoke to the dealer I actually just asked him directly, Dude do you sell on ebay? he started laughing and made jokes about it. Now what can i say, see this guy does not sit pack and ship bottles, he sends a list and the bottles to a guy who packs them and sends them accross, now i do not know much about this fellow.

All i know is I have already told Daredvil that my source is not an ebay seller(i cant be any more clear on that), I spoke about this thing also to a supermod. If anyone from Mumbai is willing to take the initiative, You are free to drop by and Ill take you to the dealers place itself, Have a look at the consignment and kindly revert to Daredvil as Im pretty offended hearing such an accusation from him. and with regards to the price : there are so many different people who sell perfumes, My dealer gets it off from dubai and normally he sells it even more expensive than this. Its just that its a group order, The prices get reduced significantly.

Sorry but its really hard to believe the exact name and phone no would be written in the package .Also why tester label was not on adg and is it on the leu di issay?

I have a bottle from GO2, ADG. The smell is good but the longevity is spotty, I had attributed it to the indian weather. I have the following name and number on the sellers address. Atul Gupta - 09820280567

Now I am confused on what to think....

Riv, it's not only about the money, it's you who is under accusation. Honestly had daredvil, not pointed out the involvement of another eBay dealer selling for less (hereby adding to my growing suspicion), I would have let this one pass or shipped you back the bottle in good faith, but not now. There is a trust deficit between us, at least from my side.....and I am forced to pay heed to our wise PM's words that "money does not grow on trees" at least for now. If you wish I'll post the pics of the two ADG bottles (one sent by you, other belonging to my family member) tomorrow morning just clear one and all that I am not posting here needlessly just to get a refund. It's about principles and coming clean on your name and keeping your word.

Why don't you have someone who stays in mumbai come and meet the dealer and see for yourself rather than speculating online.

Rivunited, we all would appreciate a proper response or a show of faith. Please refund those who ask for one and then ask them to ship the bottle back to you. Honestly, I feel terrible, I was THE first one to trust you. I have had pretty decent experience in TE and I trusted a fellow TEian.

I would obviously get it shipped from any other name, why on earth would I tell him to put his own name and number for an advertise purpose? Im sure If i was taking the time to run such an epic scam I would take care of such an obvious thing wouldn't you think?

When Im saying courier guys do this and it has happened before you still dont seem convinced.. Listen brother, I request you to have some one (any one from mumbai in the GO) come and meet the dealer personally. That's the only way you would believe it.

And regarding refunds, I have refunded people when they wanted one and also exchanged many peoples perfumes with NO problems what so ever. I have written this everywhere!

Zerocool got his package by bluedart and he also had the same name.Courier companies are not that naive .if it was returned they would have to pay as it was insured according to you.

Daredvil, Overnite Courier is not a courier service that is a huge one. It's a very small courier service that ties up with other companies that ship to the regions that they do not. These guys dont even have a proper office, Its just really cheap and hence it worked out as a good option. Now next time i can have it shipped via a more reliable courier, Suggest me the most reliable one to send it through and I will opt for that.

See dude, As per the people at overnite courier they say that the insurance is paid by them. I have to file a formal complaint to them with a letter and tracking ID and shipment details. And it is paid according to that.

I am going to play the devils advocate here, hopefully will solve the issue.

The problem is Rivunited

1. An independent 3rd party who sells perfumes (original or fake) has his number listed as the seller on the shipments that were sent to us on the GO.
2. The trustworthiness of this deal and you personally has been called into question. Asking people to send the perfume back and then giving their money back looks suspicious from our end (even if you have done that before). Bcs, if this was a scam, then you would simply disappear with the bottles and the money since the scam has come out. You could have tried to look legit earlier just to keep the scam running longer but now that the cats out of the bag, you could cut your loses and run.


This could be your supplier duping you or this could be a legitimate mixup by the courier company. In either case, you need to get to the bottom of this.

Is there anyone in the GO in mumbai who could meet with the dealer and corroborate Rivunited's statements?

Bro, its funny how I have spoken about all this on the main thread yet you got all riled up about it.. I always want to keep this as a good thing, Please ship the bottle first since I will receive the refund from the dealer when I return it and then have it wired to you

The packages seem unharmed atleast mine was otherwise i could not have taken it so courier companies removing name and adding another one is out of question as no matter there would be signs and my packaging was similar to hhs.Regarding Group order 1 it may also be the same guys calling as they got the add and phone nos of members while sending.

Please talk to @Gauge, He has done the same, Shipped me the bottle then wired me more money and I sent him the perfumes with the adjustment.
Dude ur kidding me right? If im running an epic scam right now, Im doing a REALLY bad job at this by refunding money and accepting returns

Im not the courier guy here, But im sure they have their ways.
Infact a moderator here by the name Apollyon in Pune had a bottle stolen from the box and it was resealed. The courier guy ran away without his signature and yet the courier company claims he has infact checked and signed everything. I have his PMs too. The dealer took the loss for that bottle. Now if they could get away with that. How hard is sticking a piece of paper on the package?
