Audio Pesky audio sync issues with paired Bluetooth speakers!

Futureized

Skilled
I hav pair of Tribit MaxSound Plus speakers.
https://www.amazon.in/Tribit-MaxSound-Bluetooth-Exceptional-Waterproof/dp/B07V7S6KJ8

Audio/Video sync perfect while watching any content using TV speakers in all apps (youtube, netflix, vlc etc.)
My TV model - MiTV-AXSO0

But problem starts once i pair my tribit speakers and connect those using bluetooth to my TV, sync completely breaks..in almost every app mentioned above .

Tried to install Amazon firestick to watch content on same apps (same sync issues on firestick too)
Audio sync settings works fine upto 80% but does not works in all apps.

There is no sync issue while testing youtube, netflix, vlc on computer.

Hope someone can help fix this annoying issue?
Or
Debug to find root cause.

Thanks.

Use a 3.5mm splitter and connect them with wire to your TV.
Speakers have 3.5m Jacks

Are you referring to this splitter:

Do I need to pair speakers then connect one of these directly to tv?

Yes but those y cables need to be longer to reach each speaker when using with the tv

You have a pair of speakers already. Connect each to one of the y ends.

No bt latency this way.

Bit confused n00b here,
Can you direct me what exactly to purchase?

Which wire is needed to connect both speakers to each other.
And what wire is needed to connect speakers and TV?

The two plugs on one end go to individual speakers. That's your left and right. The end with just one plug goes into your TV's earphone or line out jack

I don't have a link to a y splitter with longer y ends. Maybe some one can help with that

Thanks for clarifying.
Attached my speakers setup (distance between both speakers is max 2 meters and this is how those are placed.

Thanks,
To further clarify myself.

I guess one end (male) of MX y splitter will go inside TV and other 2 ends (female)
will be connected to 2 male to male cables.

And other end of those 2 (male to male)cables will get connected to each speaker individually.

I think I have these kind of cables at home, will test and update you.

Thank you very much..
