CPU/Mobo Phenom II 920 or Q6600

Donno about PII but a 790 GX board woun't cost above 10k .. and if you consider PII 920 then better off with Jetway HA07 Hummer for 6.3k :) I own this board and its pretty good.. Nice OCer and has inbuilt temp displayer.. Even you can check reviews online they are very +ve and after all its a 790GX :D

Yes thats true...Also the Phenom II shouldn't be more than 12k.
 
^Sorry that I didnt link to the post properly.. but you get the point right.. It will exceed my budget if i go for Phenom II.. so sticking with Intel..
 
He has EP31 (solid caps everywhere, no onboard video), not G31, Supra had Q6600 @ 3.7 on this mobo :cool2: though he vdroop modded it :p

Thanks all for your suggestions and help.. Now finally one more question.. It seems that only 2 p45 boards are in my budget.. they are

MSI P45 Neo-F

Gigabyte EP45-DS3L

So which one should I go with.. I am only looking at a mild overclock.. 400-600Mhz.. and I dont need crossfire.. so which board among these or any other board?
