Hi All,

I am Arun and I am new to this forum. Please forgive me if i made any mistake.

Recently I have purchased Phenom X2 555BE and Gigabyte 785G GM USH2 Combo :). But my problem was i am not able unlock all the 4 cores :( sucessfully , my system will crash if i run Prime 95. But i did not have any problem when i am running with 3 cores with 3.6 GHZ  . I can use either core 1,2,3 or 1,2,4 combo with out any problem. So i think problem will not be with Processor. In bios i have tweaked North Bridge Vcore to 1.4 V and Multiplier to 18X.

Please help me on this issue.

My System Configuration:

Gigabyte 785G GM USH2 Board.
Phenom X2 555 BE
2 * 250 GB Sata HDD
MSI GTS 450 Cyclone Graphics Card :D
Cooler Master Realpower Pro 460W :D
Zebronics Bijjli Cabinet
Thanks,
Arun Panneerselvam

You should know for a fact that AMD does not support core unlocking. And it's clearly comes down to your luck to get the right processor. Many are deemed to be unlocked easy(first few batches) but the rest end up this way.

And unlocking itself causes instabilities you'd want to leave them setting at defaults.
