I have bought this tv model (Philips 29PT8836/94) and here's my feedback:
1. This tv model has all the regular tv features and the features work fine.
2. Picture and sound quality is also pretty good
3. BUT In the last two years (since i bought this tv) twice it has broken. Both ocassions the screen just went blank and the tv wont start. I am quite unhappy about the fact that such a good brand tv can go bad twice already in its first 2yrs. Hence i will caution new buyers.
