Yes, Philips aims to launch new smartphones in India on May 28. You heard it right! Dutch electronics giant Philips, fondly remembered for its portable radio, will launch a series of smartphone in India on May 28 in Delhi-based event. GizBot has just received an official company invite for their event where the company could possibily launch new smartphones and more.
But again, in a Market like India, which is already crowded with so many brands from local to big-ticket vendors, it is unclear how the company will differentiate itself from rest of the crowd. Philips is already retailing its smartphones in China for quite some time.Therefore, it isn't shocking to see the company prepping to launch new phones into Indian market.
