Hello,

As The Dealer Feedback thread is becoming hard to manage and understand for people, Microthreads for each dealer are being created to allow everyone to categorize their issues with one particular dealer and to allow the dealer to concentrate on his thread without having to go through pages and pages of feedback pertaining to all other dealers.

Kindly use these threads when necessary, but refrain from creating new ones when you have an issue as it becomes hard to manage for the dealers and people tend not to read your feedback after a while. Modifications will come in time as decisions are taken. Kindly bear with us till this process is completed. More updates soon...

But I hate price drops that happen in 1 month. :@
 
One of the better dealers on TE with a whole lot of enthu. Goes that extra mile to ensure that his customers are always happy with the products that he has sold. I've gotten a Lian Li PC-A71 chassis and the Mushkin Callisto 60GB SSD. Been a happy camper of the products he has sold. No issues till date with the SSD either so haven't had a chance to deal with his customer service. He is an asset to TE's Dealership. I wish him good luck for all the future deals.

Something that we have to live with actually. :)
 
I brought a lian li a70f from him- I had to travel till there from Bandra :P, but I wanted to save that stupid octroi charges so its cool. He gave me couple of this lian li cable management kit for free and its rare that if a dealer gives something for free and its useful, its appreciated.
 
Bought a Lian Li K62 casing from him. Great dealer and excellent communication that made the entire transaction a smooth affair!
 
Have bought stuff from Phoenix/Sudhir too. Remember the first deal. His locality had some broad band issue, and he could not post here. I was quite peeved about that. He gave me a call and reassured. A great dealer. Keep it up.
 
Bought Lian Li K62 ,Corsair VX 550 and Sapphire ATI 5770 from him.Excellent communication.Great Dealer.A++++.....
 
I have bought a Lian Li PC-A70F full tower case and a Mushkin Callisto Enhanced 60 GB SSD from Sudhir. Getting the A70F to Kolkata was one helluva task due to Waybill issues but Sudhir did an excellent job to get it to Kolkata. Now my system handsomely rests in it.

One of the best dealers here on TE and a great friend as well... good luck on all your future deals Sudhir Bhai! :)
 
I will add to the praises.

He is more of a tech enthusiast than a dealer. It shows in the way he does the deals. I have had very pleasant experience everytime i dealt with him

Sudhir - Wish you a great career and continue your awesome service @ TE. Expecting you to be a lot more active as a TE dealer than you are now.
