Budget 10-15K Phone advise for mum

Questions:-
1. Budget?
A: INR 10k-15k; but nearer 10k

2. Preferred display size, type and resolution?
A: Bigger the better, mom's getting older :(

3. Preferred operating system? (Android (with version), iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: She's used S 60, Win8, and Android, so doesn't matter: My choice would be Android though.

4. Preferred connectivity options? (4G, 3G, 2G etc).
A: 2G + Wifi :p

5. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: Should have easy service network: So preferably one of the more well known names(Samsung/Lg/Nokia/Moto etc)

6. What is your intended use for this phone (internet, camera, multimedia, mails etc.)?
A: WhatsApp + Front cam for skype would be a benefit.

7. Single SIM/ Dual SIM?
A: Single

8. New or Used? Online or Offline?
A: New. Online purchase

9. Any other requirements?
A: Not really, phone + whatsapp/Skype that is it.

10. If you have already considered a phone, then please mention the model
A: Am a bit out of the current phone market :(
EDIT: After some really quick reading, Moto G(3rd Gen) and Lenovo K3 Note comes to mind.

you should seriously have a look at asus zenfone 2 laser 2gb ram version

at rs 9999 it surely is better vfm then moto g 3rd gen


3000 mah battery
gorilla glass 4 protection
2 gb ram
laser auto focus camera
Same sd 410 cpu as moto g 3rd gen
5.5 inch ips lcd hd screen

so spec wise it surely is much more vfm then moto g 3rd gen

Thanks for that option, but mom isn't to fond of the bigger screen borderline phablets. So think will stick to the 5" moto G. Unfortunately, it seems to be out of stock on FlipKart, and I don't seem to find it on the other websites yet. Will keep looking!
