Phone With Windows mobile + GPS

Hi,

I need Phone With Windows mobile + GPS,

There is micromax W900 for about 7.5-8 K, but in some reviews people are facing problems.

please suggest any other cheap phone having Windows mobile + GPS.

The reason I need windows mobile is I have to run a app named arcpad which runs only on win.

I don't think any windows mobile devices are available these days. Now that Microsoft is on the verge of launching their latest Windows phone 7.
