Phone within 28k from US

Finally finally decided i need to get a better phone.

Friend of fine is currently in US and would be coming to India Mid-May so would be getting the phone from there.

Shortlisted Phones

1.Iphone 4(Not sure where can i get unlocked in US, gevey sim work ?)
2.Samsung Galaxy II
3.T Mobile LG GE2
4.HTC Incredible S
5.HTC Sensation

Any other phone which you guys recommend
 
1. Unlocked not available in US & might exceed your budget.

2. Good choice, but again might exceed your budget.

3. Can't say about this. (I will have to go through some reviews first)

4. Not recommended

Motorola Atrix (AT&T) without contract seems to be available at $599.99. You can go for that. But I'm not sure if the phone can be unlocked.
 
Confirmed the pricing for LG G2X its $550, anyways i can get iphone4 without contract ?
 
Yes, you can get iPhone 4 without any contracts, but you have to shell out roughly 27-28K, which is no brainer. Here in TE itself you can get iPhone 4 Factory unlocked around 30-32K. So my suggestion would be get Moto Atrix or iPhone 4 used from ebay, which costs 19-20K.
