Hi friends, I'm looking for some good simple image and video editing software.

Actually I know there is photoshop, pinnacle etc. but I don't need that much heavy ones. I just want to add copyright watermark to images in batch, modify brightness, contrast etc.

And any simple video editing software that can split, join, cut a portion of video and let me add some watermark copyright text etc.

I'd also like to know about some good audio, image and video conversion software, that supports great range of extension.

BTW I'm looking for free non-bloated ones for all above options.
 
considering photoshop as heavy one, i think you need some basic features..

i think picasa is enough for you...

Windows Movie maker as you dont want it heavy,

i normally use, Sony Vegas pro, Pinnacle studio 14, Cyberlink powerdirector to try various things transitions and titles and pick the best ones
 
picasa for image and ulead video studio for video, if the ulead is heavy then you can try total video converter
 
+1 Picas or even Mspaint in woin 7 might do the trick for you for video Media Factory : Its free convert almost anything to anything.
