I am kind of new to php and webhosting in general.
So my php based website requires the following functions and features to be present -
1. php mail() function
2. smtp server to send emails.
3. php 5.0 .
4. php functions like fopen, fwrite .
Do all paid hosting service have these features or should I check each one individually ? I stumbled upon one free host company that had disabled fwrite, and fopen.
Also can someone check if this hosting service has all the features that I require .
