PHP Mysql Package to Create a Online Transaction Site

Hi Guys

We all know that there is vbulletin , invision power board , phpbb packages

to manage forums.

Is there any package that can help me create a website like newegg or

any site for secure transaction , any package involving PHP + Mysql.

Hope you are getting what i exactly want.

newegg is kinda advanced. you might wanna try osCommerce as its free. xCart is another good option but paid ofcourse. Miva merchant too.

for ecommerce needs, oscommerce and the osc based commercial version creloaded are pretty good. If you want a good CMS and ecommerce solution try joomla + virtuemart.

But if you want to build a custom solution (with lot of flexibility for future), I would suggest cakephp. But this way would take a bit longer as you have to build most of the things from scratch.

BTW, secure transaction is not a very hard thing to implement as long as you strictly stick to security related rules.
