Ping Problem on Reliance WiMax

my ping to servers keep changing . Zz

sometimes i get around 300 on IGL and sometimes only 60.
same is the case with VS and SG servers ftw~.

ne ideas how to unbind DHCP assigned gateway and bind a new gateway?
