It was one hell of a device. Shocking good at everything. Everyone agrees about performance but my best images were clicked by Poco F1. Not sure how Mi was able to design a device so good.Bought Poco F1 armoured edition 8/256 5 years ago.

Toggling the SMS permission only changes the SEND_SMS app ops. This does not seem to affect READ_SMS.Most of the advantages and disadvantages of both systems were pointed out already but I have an unusual qualm about Android. I don't think "SMS Permission" should be a thing.

They refuse to work if you don't give them that permission. They somehow make do without that ability on iPhones.
