PC Peripherals Pixelview TV tuner conked out

Hi,
I bought a Pixelview Play TV 6 external tv tuner from Ritchie Street a month back.
I was able to use it only for a couple of days after which it just does not come on. I need to have it replaced.
Was just wondering what is the process for this and also what are my chances to get a new tuner in replacement for this?
 
The prob was with the AC -DC adapter. Took it to Rashi and they gave me another adapter.

No other issues so far. Quality is quite good on my 22" DELL 2209WA with local cable.
 
quality is good as equal to quality we get on a 17 inch monitor........700mb dvd movie is not good on a 22 inch monitor .....only hd video that too 1080 looks stunning.......
