Graphic Cards Placeholder CPU+GPU/APU for 3060ti build.

I want to build a 3070/3060ti + amd R5 5000 build when they are available. Considering it'll be a least a month before this, what placeholder cpu+gpu combination/apu would you suggest for 1080p 30 fps gaming for most titles? Placeholders will be used components. For reference, I play mostly FPS single player games (dont play valorant/apex/csgo very much). Priority for low cost & decent market demand for the components, so that I can resell relatively easily.
 
Ryzen 3 3100 + MSI B550 Pro VDH + Second hand 1050ti, 970, Rx580, 1060, new 1650 Super for 15k+ 16GB 3200 MHZ dual channel ram
 
Ryzen 5000 will be supported on B450/B550/X570, so it'll be better to get one of the three with an apu (3200G/3400G) and use them till you can buy Ryzen 5000 and 3060/ti.

Really? I did not know that!! Anyway I'm thinking of getting a R5 3600 with a b450 instead of 50xx... Was hoping for a $200 cpu under 50xx series .. Nothing like that n 50xx right now.

Hey there, apologies, didnt respond earlier. Would still recommend a B550, incase you want to upgrade later and you will the entire 3XXX (except APUs) upwards for your upgradability. The A- Pro is a great board, if you think you will make use of the additional features for ~2k go for it, else would stick to the B550m Pro VDH for 13. The 3600 is a great processor, pair it with the B550 and enjoy, not sure what you decided on the GPU, wait till AMD releases their 6XXX series, till then a new 1650, or te second hand cards I suggested earlier would work very well.

Yes I'm trying for a second hand gtx1650s/gtx1660/rx580. Then will go for a 3060ti/3070 depending on if 3600 bottlenecks 3070.
