Planing to buy Optimus 1. Please suggest?

Hey friends, please help me in deciding whether i should buy Optimus one or not. I am getting it for 10k , So plz help. Thank you

Of course, get it dude, you won't regret it as your first android. And it's still the best Android within sub 15k budget.

BTW @ankxxs if you get it now, you'll get it at 11,119/- which is an amazing price. They are offering this price as WC offer.

So the 12k phone is just 11k now...which is much more VFM.

And get one 8GB Card, I'm sure 2GB won't be sufficient :P

Yes dude Optimus one is a complete steal @ 10k

I am also going to get my hands on it soon

The only disadvantage of this phone is that it does not support flash based content

Optimus One has a proven track record while Galaxy Gio is yet to be seen. Galaxy Gio has higher CPU power, Cam Flash. Expected to be priced around 13k.

plus the gpu is unknown and ram is lower and the proccy is also same as O1 just overclocked

Well, they always say they will deliver the product within 7 working days. But after that they say "Sir, your product is coming from US" :P

In that case going with letsbuy would be a good idea. As their price is always low than others(in max. case) and now if they have improved their service, it's good then.

Well, no hard feelings for Letsbuy as I've bought one item from them and they really shipped it within 5 days. But many members here reported bad things about it. So thought of sharing before you make any decision.

In mobile store. Well, when I went to buy it they also said it's 12k, but on scanning the bar code, they said "Sir, the price is reduced to 11,169/-".

Actually if depends, if you get from store who maintain database throughout the country then it's ok, but if the seller sale it individually then the chances are you won't be getting the WC offer.
