CPU - e7400
Motherboard - p31 Buy the Gigabyte G31-S2L instead. P31 is not going to give u any significant advantages in the performance/frames.
Power supply - corsair 400
Graphics card - palit 4850
Moniter - e200hda benq Full HD on a 22 incher? I'd advise ones with the normal 1680x1050 resolution instead. Its a 4850 as well. ;)
Harddrive- wd 500
Ram - corsair 2gb 4GB is dead cheap these days ~2-2.1k odd. Dont be stingy when it comes to RAM.
Headphones - ? Something not too expensive and preferably the neckband type? Philips SHS390.
Cabinet - bijli from zebronics
Keyboard and mouse - microsoft and 518 logitech Do include a good surface. At least the QCK mini.

22inchers for pc multiplayer gaming makes no sense , better get a 19inch widescreen or 19inch non-widescreen ( if cafe is meant for competitive games like counterstrike, TF2, call of duty etc) .

you are right stalker, majority of them prefer 19inch non widescreen , but non widescreen ones cost like 2K more than the widescreen ones...so 2K x 14 = 28K difference..i say go with widescreen since majority are like used to it

+1 to 19" lcd... make sure u get one wid least response time.

u may wanna consiider 4830 instead of 4850 if price difference is around 1k per card.

E7400 is priced close to 7k... better buy would be E7200/7300 at 5.5k..which shall OC to similar speed easily for 24x7 usage.

for ram... take Pi Black 2x2GB 800MHz.. shall cost less than 3800.. incase 4GB sounds overkill, use one stick in per machine ;) this way u get better ram for cheap..

4850 is needed if games like GTA IV are to be played...

e7300 is better to save some bucks

why pi blacks ?? no need of fancy ram's in cafe even transcend 2 x 2gb will do more than enough justice to system...

oh yae. and go for 19" lcds only... if possible non wide screen with scaling ratio options.... coz believe me playing online games esp FPS like cs series suxx on 22" the game gets worsen :(
