Planning to buy a MP4 pmp player

Hi,

I am planning to buy an mp4 player. I have transcend t630, i travel every weekend so it would be better if i go with pmp.

Has anyone purchased Teclast or meizu player :)

I really like this player especially multi touch capability. Also the videos doesnot require proprietary conversion. The only gripe is without TV out. lol i cant ask more for the price they quoted. check the product demo. The sound chip is wolfson similar to ipod and cowon player.

What @ PSP? Did you consider that? I have a slim PSP for almost a year now and it's just great for watching movies. The bonus is, you can play games too!
 
The specs of that Nationite player rock. However it has only a 700mAh battery. Isnt that a bit too low for a PMP? Even audio playback time is a measly 12 hours. I would say that battery is a deal breaker.

As for PSP, it does have decent battery life for Video playback, but as far as I know, it has a low sound volume level and secondly the movies need to be reduced in resolution for playback. It cannot play high resolution rips directly. PSP does have TV Out though.

The Rock chip dual core @ 400 mhz is efficient they say. Its a original Teclast T50 rebranded and increased the battery size from 500 mah to 700 mah. Its capacitive multi touch similar to ipod. this is what i like with out shelling too much money.

I am indeed looking for best music playback and this disnt let me down because of the dedicated DAC chip wolfson.

You are right battery is too measy 12hr for audio and 4-5 hr video but there is a addon Meizu battery pack so the play times can be extended. If i buy this i will make a review here :hap2: If you want tremendous battery life but ok music performance watch for ONDA VX767 (3000 mAh battery 30 hrs of audio and 10+ hrs of video 4.3 inch 400 x 272 screen)

1. Nationite 8GB mp4 player

2. E3 FIIO micro amp

3. Crossroad bijou

4. if reqd Meizu battery pack

I too heard psp doesnt suit well for music
 
I will be ordering Nationite 8 GB S:flo soon with some other goodies. How is the audio quality of CrossRoads Mylar bijou. Expect a review soon :hap2: with this player
