I'm looking to buy an LCD TV/Monitor for my room to connect my Nintendo Wii and perhaps watch a little TV. I don't need anything exceptionally big, so something in the 22-24" range would be good enough. Problem is that I have a $300 budget (will be bought and used in the USofA). I have no idea what to look out for, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Would something like this work - ViewSonic VX2433wm 24'' (23.6'' Viewable) Widescreen 1080p LCD Monitor - 20,000:1 (DC), 2ms (G to G), DVI - VX2433WM - Buy.com ?

Edit: Is there a way to hook up a Wii to an LCD monitor?

NCIXUS.com - Buy BenQ G2400WD 24IN Widescreen Black LCD Monitor 2MS 1920X1200 4000:1 Senseye HDMI DVI VGA - G2400WD.

Have been using this and it's awesome. Has DVI, HDMI and VGA connections.

Full HD and 16:10 resolution.

Adding shipping , it'll be around 300$. Another nice thing is, this website lets you add zero dead pixel warranty for 10$ or so. Even if you have one dead pixel, send it back. Newegg and others have minimum 5 or some number like that before they send you a replacement.

EDIT: I just noticed you want to connect your Wii. You cannot connect it to the monitor I mentioned. Sorry.
