I need a 1 ton a/c and am planning to get the below samsung one, if anyone has any info on it or using it please kindly post your feedback.. TIA

Today got this one for 30,900 @ Shahs-Anna Nagar, Chennai. They had a 4KVA stabilizer included and installation charges are 1250 (yet to get it installed).
