This is available in Dealextreme for $2.12 for a 100 pack. Very reasonable.

TBH... the one posted by appolyon seems to be the best one...

the wires will be clamped up...this be hooked...so dunno the other one looks more neat to me.

It will leave a gap between the wall and cable..

If you guys want, I can arrange this for you .. Its available here for about Rs.20 for a 50 pack.
 
These are available locally, I also have seen tata sky and airtel guys use them even reliance guys use them. but bear in mind that these nails dont go in cement walls. and that is a big problem. for holes in cement the best option is using drills and plastic screw holders.
 
Not sure what type of walls were you referring to here but they easily pierce through most walls.

cant believe ppl are interested in buying such a common item that is availaible almost at every electrical shop.Even I know a manufacturer of a similar item in delhi but there's no point of going to him as only few ppl are interested in this.

Why not use the 11 number bus (your legs) and ask some electrical or hardware shops?
