^Ofc they do free shipping using the postal service (no tracking possible btw) except that the consignment would either not end up here due to the uber customs dept. in the country or you will have to approach the customs' officials to get it sorted out.

I had ordered NGS from PA about a year back and the package never saw the light of the day. :|
