Android Play Store in USD | How to change it to INR?

I've changed my address to my current Indian address (used to be my US address earlier) but it still displays in USD..I need to purchase a few apps and they are cheaper in INR :D (hey I'm still helping the devs!).

Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks!
 
One of my friends is also facing the same issue. His is an Australian S3 and play store account but he is unable to set it to Indian one, still sees everything in AUD.
