playing encrypted video files

hi , i need to play a video file...but there's a message showing that video is encrypted....can someone give me a solution to that ?????

you probably downloaded a shady torrent (like pr0n haha) which is a fake, and if you follow the procedures outlined to "de-crypt" you'll just get virus, spyware, malware etc...

pray tell, what is the filename?

it could be very well a fake torrent ... try to run it with vlc or media player classic

if u fail delete it

to "De-Crypt" it you've to visit a particular website teeming with malwares

my advice delete it
