Playing H.264 with ATi Stream ?

Hey folks,

I am getting artifacts when I try to play a H.264 encoded .mp4 file. I have the following setup :

Phenom II X4 B50 + HD4200 IGP + 2GB RAM ( Catalyst 10.6 , no CCC)

I use PowerDVD 10 . It has ATi Stream option but it doesnt work and my CPU gets loaded.

Is there a software that plays H.264 perfectly with GPU acceleration ? How do I enable AVIVO ?

As I mentioned in another thread... in my experience MPC-HC (Media Player Classic - HomeCinema) works with both nVidia and ATi out of the box with DXVA acceleration for H.264/VC-1 content. Try it.

Try divx player 8 or media player classic home cinema or kmplayer.
