as attached in the first pic it is 4.11,i have never tried jailbreaking or anything till date have played the bundled 3 games only, maybe other experienced members can shred more light on it And im not shipping anything out of bangalore, unless you arrange for pickup and i will ensure that the packing is upto the mark, infact will also upload video feed if need be

Using the Progskeet module - yes. But a tedious process and not exactly noob-friendly unlike the CFW 3.55 hack.

Look on the box and at the back side of the PS3. There is a lable at the back side of the PS3 that has the model number.
