Hello,
I have a Canon Mp287 Pixma printer. I refilled my black cartridge(PG-810) yesterday which was earlier showing 40% remaining. However even after refilling, it still shows 40%(ideally it should be 90% or so). I googled to find out something about resetting the memory of the cartridge. I am using the following tutorial from this link http://stepblogger.c...-resetter-tool/ and also used the resetter software mentioned in the link.
However when i enter in service mode and try to use the resetter software, the software hangs. I also got this error when i entered the service mode for the first time. I reinstalled all the drivers from the canon CD but still no luck.
Can anyone help me out in this case?
