Please help with mobile and pricing

Hi Guys .. If anybody lives in Vile Parle or nearby to ALFA Store and have some spare time then please help me. :ashamed:

Well my mobile is giving me problems so I have decided to go for new mobile.

So I have short listed below models

Samsung GT i8000 Omnia II 8GB

Samsung GT B7620 Giorgio Armani

Samsung GT B7610 OmniaPRO (One is currently on sell at TE itself)

Usage is emails (reading only) and movies (That's why AMOLED) .. I will install CorePlayer, G-Alarm and Resco Explorer .. That's all I need.

And I am fan of WM .. I don't like iPhone or other OS .. not sure about Anroid because haven't used one yet. :S

Budget is upto 20k .. but mobile must worth the price.

So guys please pour your suggestions ... with current price :) .. specially from ALFA

I am looking for imported phone because of cheap price. I have already lost 6-8 mobiles in last 2.5 years and haven't claimed warranty for any of them (actually never got chance too :P) .. So I don't care about warranty as far as I get to check mobile on spot :ohyeah:

HTC Hero has TFT screen and that's only 3.2 inches ... as compared to at least 3.5 inches which I have listed

Besides I don't see any media player so far which can play all the formats like CorePlayer ... so Hero doesn't seem to be choice here :(

I liked B7610 .. but can u plz let me know price from grey market ??

I have no use of keyboard and only 2.8 inch screen :no: ... definitely not for movies :(

Can anybody please let me know price of these mobiles from grey market ?

B7620: 38k-40k

no idea about omnia II. These prices are from stores and not from grey market. When you are paying 20k+, why to look for grey market where you can't be sure if you are getting all the authentic parts (battery earphones etc). My suggestion would be to stick to legal channels.

^ in past I have got 2-3 phones from grey market and they have served very well :)
I guess Alfa is trustworthy enough for this purchase .. but as you adviced I'll try to extend my budget and get phone with warranty. Thanks buddy.

Omnia 2,will cost you 24k,slightly better built quality than omnia pro,3.7 inch screen.If you do not mind symbian,omnia hd is a good choice,brilliant screen,solidly built and supports xvid out of the box.Damage will be around 25k-26k.

If you are least concerned about warranty, 23k is a great price for HD2. And it's an amazing phone.

OMG you are a lucky guy,the current market price is above 35k,just go for it.I bought this one few days ago,it is amazing.

Get the OmniaPRO its a good mobile, a little bald in direct sunlight but good non the less.

Its also quite sturdy well kinda, my brothers OmniaPRO has dropped of his hands more than once all all it did was put scratches on the body no cracks.
