Please recommend 2 Android phones!

Hi!

My uncle wants to buy 2 Android phones, once for himself, and one for his wife! His budget for the 2 phones is 25-28k and max 15k respectively!

For him, I've shortlisted the Galaxy S and Desire although I'm leaning towards the SGS.

For his wife, I don't have much idea about mid-range Android phones. What I do know is that in a budget of 15k, I'll only get a processor clocking 667-800mhz. It's important that the phone runs lag-free otherwise she won't use it.

Please suggest a phone based on the above requirements!

Galaxy S is a good choice for uncle.

For wife Galaxy 3 would do just fine, unless she is into high resolution stuff.

SE X8 and X10 mini are good cute phones for ladies but come with older Android version 1.6. At least X10 series is expected to get upgrade to 2.1 soon.

Get galaxy S for uncle and let her wife try out phones like galaxy 3 , motorola quench or x10 mini and let hr decide which one to get

ok will advise u se x10 now cause its due to get 2.1 update around nov 10 .. that should make the phone a bit better from the crap that it is now at 1.6 android
