Please recommend best TV for under Rs. 15K

I am looking for a budget TV under 15K.

I am not looking for smart tv or 3D.

These are my minimum expectations :)

1) 2 HDMI ports (preferabbly CEC compliant), 2 USB ports which can play videos from flash drive.

2) good speakers which provide good audio

I found one TV - Samsung 22f5100 for ₹12.5K. The problem with this TV is that HDMI is not CEC compliant and the built in audio speakers are not that good.

Any suggestions?
 
Micromax 32 Inch tv that is priced around 14k on Flipkart is a gem!
We have this tv in our office with tata sky connection. The picture quality is awesome and sound quality is satisfactory. The viewing angles are also superb.

Overall this tv proves to be good in every key aspect.

One thing that it doesn't fulfill is that it only has 1x HDMI and 1x USB port but so does my 43" Samsung LED. These days tv don't come with multiple ports. Even my AOC 22" tv came with 3x HDMI and 4x USB 4 years ago!!
 
You can also check Lloyd L32FNT. IIRC this model has 3 HDMI and 1 USB port, a friend bought this few months back and is happy with it.
