PC Peripherals Please suggest a good MFD - printer-copier-scanner

I'm planning to buy an MFD - printer-copier-scanner.
Main requirements are

1) Running cost - should be as low as possible. I dont care too much about high print quality or color/photo printing etc. I'll mostly be printing documents in black and white and taking copies.
2) Print cartridges should be easily refillable - or atleast the cartridges should be of low cost - again focus on low running cost.
3) Should be trouble free

Initial cost also should be as low as possible (of course :))

I dont care too much about additional fancy features etc. Speed also doesnt matter much. I don't mind waiting for my documents to be printed.
Guys please suggest a good model.

Canon Pixma MP145 ~ 3.5K*

Canon Pixma MP198 ~ 4.2K*

HP 4288 ~ 3.4K*

HP 4185 ~ 4.3K

Epson Stylus TX101 ~ 3.2K*

Epson Stylus CX5500 ~ 4.6K*

Cheapest & most economical to run would be the TX 101 !

Have an HP 4288 myself. Its pretty good. Nice crisp prints (have only dont documents so far so dont know about pictures). Decent scan quality. And can make excellent copies.

Only problem is its a bit slow with stuff like photocopying.

Thanks buddy...forgot to mention the budget. Budget is less than 5K.
All of these fit under 5k anyways :)

Let me check out the reviews for each of these.
 
^^ looks like TX101 fits the bill perfectly. Has all the functions I need - plus cartridges cost Rs 250 only..perfect. I think I'll go for this.

But just wondering...what's the difference b/w Epson Stylus TX101 and Epson Stylus CX5500 - there is a price difference of 1.4K, but when I compare the 2 I dont find any particular differences :Z

Of course I'm missing something here...just wondering what the difference is
