Please suggest a good PC for 25k

hello all.. i read the PC buying advice Nov 2010 posted by DarkAngel.... It was really helpful but I am in a doubt if the prices mentioned for the PC's are the same or more in bangalore... ?
also please suggest a good pc configuration at present price for 25 - 27 k... and where to buy in bangalore..? Thanku....
 
The prices mentioned are approximately same for all regions. Take those prices as a guideline. The prices u might come across should be +/- 100/200 rupees from the mentioned prices.

yup i do need a monitor.. i want to use it as general purpose PC n for casual gaming....

okie thanku... but i hope that prices must have dipped during diwali.... n any good decent shop who will not cheat.. m new to these electronics buying stuff....
