please suggest a laptop within 55k

need some suggestions for buying a laptop within 50k-55k
with following features-
i) 3rd gen intel processors
ii) 2gb graphics
iii)good display and nice build quality

and some online buying sites.
DELL not preferred.

went through the toshiba...heard that 7670 and later are better
and for the hp with same price asus k55 is better with i7
but asus has several cons.
