Please Suggest a wireless router

Hi guys, i am interested in buying a wireless router having feature like belkin F7D4301. It can download even if the pc is off. this saves energy n money. i cant afford BELKIN F7D4301 as it cost me around 7k. So please suggest me a good one with downloading feature along with low price and good performance.
