Please suggest for upgrading PC for 27k

Hi, I am planning to upgrade my system. Plz suggest!!!!

Processor - Intel Pentium 4 processor
MoBo- Intel Desktop Board D915GAV(purchased in 2004)
RAM-Hynix DDR1 2 GB
Monitor- AOC V22+ LED(purchased recently)
Hard Disk - seaget 1TB + seaget 3.2 GB
GPU - Asus EN9500GT
Keyboard/Mouse - Microsoft wired
SMPS+Cabinet - Navtech cabinet+ 450 W

Monitor- AOC V22+ LED(purchased recently)
Hard Disk - seaget 1TB + seaget 3.2 GB
Keyboard/Mouse - Microsoft wired(Upgrading in near future)

SMPS:-CORSAIR VX 55OW

CABINET - COOLER MASTER ELITE 430(i guess nice one :hap2

CPU COOLER - COOLER MASTER HYPER TX3

Will upgrade GPU within two months

Other components-open for any brand

Windows XP (now) Windows 7(Future)

Plz suggest along with price(bangalore) and also about CPU cooler , cabinet ,SMPS and RAM..

for cpu cooler get CM Hyper 212+ @ 2k later.
also avoid asus as its service is bad..

All reviews crib about the CM 430 having awful cable mgmt. With the VX550 i would say the Gamma is a good choice SInce u have no plans to SLI/Crossfire i would say the Gigabyte P55M-UD2 will fit in nicely. It has good OC potential too

Thanks a lot for ur quick turnover..

But for MoBo can I go for EVGA P55 FTW..

Also I have heard that Sandy bridge is going to be launched in Jan '11. And i5 k2500 will be a good alternate for i5 760.So will it be a good idea to wait little more and upgrade my PC after three months. Plz advice!!!
