Please suggest me a good broadband service as per my needs

Usage - Unlimited for full day/atleast 150gb limit in fair usage policy per month
Download Speed - 1mbps

Upload Speed - 1mbps

Budget - Around Rs. 2,000

Shouldn't fluctuate alot like it does in Hathway connection where you never get the full speed.
 
i don't want the wireless broaband services reliance and tata are providing.

does airtel provide 1mbps upload speeds on their 1299 and 1699 1mbps plans

Tata and reliance also provide wireless wimax broadband which is as good as any wired broadband and with less downtime than wired broadband services. Just make sure you've good signal when they install it.
