Samsung Galaxy y duos and micromax a75 . Galaxy y duos smaller 3 inch or 3.2 inch 320*240 screen 800 mhz processor but trustworthy build and service . Micromax 3.75 inch screen 320*480 . 600 mhz processor . a75 at 8.5 k and galaxy y duos 9k approx . But online deals cheaper for both . you decide .

I bought the Spice mi425 last month. Its supposed to get ics this month. Its got the best specs for dual sim phones available in india right now. But if youcanwait, then get one of the dual-core androids micromax plans on releasing in august...they should be dual sim and under 10k with a 4.3inch screen.

HTC Desire C. and its no where near good but overpriced. Processor is slow, screen is small, lacks gorilla glass or any such protection, lacks flash in camera. At least a better processor was expected.

If you are on a tight budget you can look at the Nokia Asha (Don't remember Model but I think its 301?) it has a dual sim + qwerty pad too
